CAWL Fellow Dan M. Peterson filed an amicus curiae brief on behalf of seventeen law enforcement and firearms rights groups in support of the challengers to New York concealed carry law, New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen. This case is shaping up to be a landmark ruling on gun rights, and Dr. Peterson’s work serves an important role in this fight.
